Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Maison Fish, most of our products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we only accept returns or exchanges in limited cases, such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If you receive an item with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so our support team can review your request.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging when applicable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Items returned without prior approval

To complete your request, we require your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos showing the issue.

Refunds

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need assistance with an exchange, please email us at support@maisonfish.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Shipping Returns

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns must be approved by our support team before being shipped.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
